On Tuesday, Damien Woochang Lee took to his Instagram early and posted a few lines that read, "If I were you, I'd start saving money now. Just saying." Though he quickly deleted the particular note from his stories, BTS fans had already caught up on it by then. Many started claiming that he wrote that to tell ARMYs to start preparing for a BTS show. Others, however, wanted more clarity and stated that it could even be referring to other HYBE groups like TXT, LE SSERAFIM, CORTIS, SEVENTEEN and KATSEYE.
Fans flooded social media with reactions. One user wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Is #BTS coming to #India ? Hybe CEO India giving hint about to Indian BTS Army's!" Another fan hoped, "Since the ceo of hybe india mentioned about saving up money for the concert. MANIFEST YOUR CONCERT TICKETS REALLY HARD BABIES. I WANNA SEE YOU GUYS IN THE CONCERT" An ARMY guessed, "But hybe india ceo said wait and give us some time I don't think we will get dates in arirang tour- I feel like the next album is where we shine."
Prospects of BTS visiting India
Indian ARMYs have been waiting for years to see BTS live in the country, and the group's 2026 comeback has boosted hopes again. Even though the septet is currently on their massive ARIRANG World Tour, sparking speculation of a possible India stop, the country is not on the published tour schedule of officially announced destinations.
There is no official announcement from BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC or HYBE regarding a concert by BTS in India. But speculation has been rife about the possibility of an India performance, not least because India has one of the world's biggest and most active fan communities for BTS.
