Osawa prepared his signature biryani for the actor and his family. The visit, which took place during a break from Charan's shooting schedule, became a memorable experience for both host and guest. He wrote, "Today I cooked biryani in a private home. Grateful for the trust. This city keeps teaching me what biryani is." The chef posted pictures of Ram's home and kitchen, where the biryani was freshly prepared, and described the event as one he "would never forget."

Amid ongoing rumours that the film’s release could be delayed, Ram Charan firmly confirmed that Peddi is scheduled to release on March 27, 2026. Speaking at an event in Hyderabad for Roshan Meka’s upcoming film Champion, he addressed the speculation and reassured fans, saying, “Shooting is going on for Peddi. It will be released on March 27. Next, there’s Champion, after that Sankranthi releases, and after that we will squeeze in somewhere.” The film stars Janhvi Kapoor opposite Ram Charan and has been highly anticipated for its sports action drama theme.
