And guess what? The actress made something special for her daughter. To mark Dua's first birthday, Deepika baked a special cake. Yes, you read that right! She celebrated Dua's first birthday with a homemade cake.

Taking to Instagram, Deepika shared a photo of the chocolate cake she baked for Dua at home. The caption to her social media post read, "My love language? Baking a cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday."

After Deepika shared the post, Kiara Advani, Vaani Kapoor, among several Bollywood celebrities liked it. Bhumi Pednekar even dropped a heart emoticon in the comments section. Last year, Deepika had revealed her baby girl's name on social media. The post read, "Dua: meaning a prayer. Because she is the answer to our prayers. Our hearts are filled with love & gratitude."

In fact, at Singham Again's trailer launch, Ranveer mentioned that the Rohit Shetty film was his daughter's movie debut. "There are so many stars in this film. So, let me tell you this is my baby’s debut, baby Simmba. Deepika was pregnant during the shooting. I am on night duty, so I have come (for the trailer launch)," he said.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD. The actress starred alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. Up next, she will be seen in Atlee's upcoming project with Allu Arjun. It is tentatively titled AA22 x A6. An official announcement about her joining the film was made online. The actress is also reportedly a part of King. However, there's no confirmation about the same.
