Hanuman Ansh Beats Toxic
In a surprise no one saw coming, Hanuman Ansh has left behind Yash’s Toxic. The Geetu Mohandas directorial film collected Rs 342.07 crore globally. Surpassing that figure, the Neem Karoli Baba biopic has minted Rs 366.45 crore worldwide.
On Tuesday, the film earned Rs 4.90 crore (net), taking its total India collection to Rs 280 crore. Even after completing 47 days at the box office, the film is showing no signs of slowing down. If it maintains its momentum, it could next overtake Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan's Border 2. But will it surpass Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2? Only time will tell. For now, nothing seems impossible for Hanuman Ansh.
Amit Shah Congratulates Hanuman Ansh Team
Recently, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah congratulated the film's makers for its success.
He shared pictures from his meeting with the Hanuman Ansh team on social media and wrote, "Today, I met the cast of the film ‘Hanuman Ansh’, based on the life of Baba Neem Karoli Ji, in New Delhi. Heartiest congratulations to the entire team of the film for this commendable effort to bring the spiritual journey of Baba Neem Karoli Ji and his unparalleled devotion to Lord Hanuman to the masses through the medium of cinema."

A sequel to the film has already been confirmed. "The first film was only the beginning of a grander canvas. When we announced Hanuman Ansh, it was envisioned as a trilogy based on my book Divine Detour. Part two will take viewers directly into his birthplace and the sacred belt of Firozabad, Agra, and Mathura, showing how his message of 'Love all, serve all, say Ram' began touching thousands of lives," the director had said.
