Since the grand wedding ceremony, fans have been waiting for glimpses and more details about Taylor and Travis' special day. And, the Kansas City Chiefs star has finally broken his silence.
Travis Kelce On Wedding With Taylor Swift
During Kansas City Chiefs training camp in Missouri, newlywed Travis Kelce spoke to reporters ahead of the upcoming NFL season. While most focused on football, some journalists also asked about his private Madison Square Garden wedding with Taylor Swift.
Kelce said, "It was a fun offseason, man," before adding, "Wedding was the best night of my life, and I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us." Talking about the wedding venue, the NFL star added, "It’s kind of cool to live out my childhood dream of being in that venue, and the mecca of all sports venues, being able to get married there."
He thanked the owners of MSG for "allowing us to get the opportunity to do that, knowing we wanted a private event and everything. It was perfect."
Travis also spoke about the venue’s air conditioning during the heatwave, joking about how well it worked. He said, "The AC was cookin’ baby. That was the best part."
Taylor and Travis' wedding was "a crazy night full of celebration." With the honeymoon now over, Kelce said that he is shifting his focus back to "football, baby."

As per the official statement, Taylor and Travis opted for custom wedding ensembles from Christian Dior Haute Couture, created by Dior Creative Director Jonathan Anderson. He collaborated closely with the couple on their outfits, marking his first couture wedding dress for a global celebrity. Their footwear was specially crafted by Christian Louboutin, while Taylor accessorised her bridal ensemble with Cartier jewellery.
"Taylor & Travis did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, her brother Austin Swift served as Taylor's Man of Honour and Jason Kelce was Travis' Best Man. The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler," confirmed her team.
Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, Bradley Cooper, Zoe Kravitz, Gigi Hadid and Dakota Johnson were among the others in attendance.
