What is the story about?
Amaal Mallik emerged as the fourth runner-up of Bigg Boss 19. In the madhouse, the singer-musician had several arguments with Tanya Mittal, Farrhana Bhatt,
Gaurav Khanna, Pranit More and others. Especially, he initially shared a strong bond of friendship with Tanya; however, things got messy between them a few weeks before the grand finale. Amaal expressed his wish not to even meet Tanya after the show. Now, a Tanya Mittal fan slammed Amaal Mallik’s manager on X, where he asked him to make the musician apologise for his ‘Kutta’ (dog) remark in the house. Amaal Mallik got furious after seeing the tweet and decided to give it back to the over-enthusiastic fan.

Let us tell you, Tanya Mittal’s fan reacted to Amaal Mallik’s manager’s tweet in which he asked the netizens not to drag the musician’s families while trolling him on social media. Mittal’s fan wrote, “If u were worth your salt as a manager at all, toh sabse pahle @AmaalMallik se public apology dilwayi hoti for ‘kutta’ remark instead of paragraph long post focused on shipping. And now u are doubling down. What a pathetic excuse for a professional!” (sic)
Reacting to such a post on X, Amaal Mallik said, “I have already apologised personally & on social media for all of it, not just to her but to every other contestant for whatever transpired on the show… The first tweet by me after getting out of the house was for Tanya, so stop running your mouth and messing with my manager, team, family members & friends who weren’t even in the game. All you are showing is ke tumhaara fandom vela tha, hai aur vela hi rahega…. Doing Paid PR and making articles about her being Tanya Malik lolololol get a life, my behna comment should’ve shut you idiots up but jaahil gawaar fandom ko koi kya hi bole. FYI - Neither she nor I have had any feelings except friendship, & just because I’m stopping my fans from getting aggressive doesn’t mean I will take shit from you or any one else. Stop acting like sore losers just like your idol who could not deal with Gaurav Khanna winning the show & acted like she wasn’t aware when he won." (sic)
Moreover, Amaal Mallik also called the fandom ‘immature’. He concluded his angry tweet by stating, “Bhaiyo aur Behno, Aankri baar ! Drama bandh karo, apne idols ko bhi bol dijiye bandh kare. All fandoms should rejoice the season and not crib if their choice of artist didn’t win, or he/she didn’t make a relationship in the real world for y’all to ship. You are indirectly begging for approval of others and are putting your own favourite contestant’s image down ! What my equation is with whoever, whether it’s Farrhana, Baseer, Shehbaaz, or any one for a matter of fact is none of your business, it’s something even my fans can’t decide for me Mujhe jaisa rehna hai, Kiske saath dosti rakhni hai, kaam karna hai , nahi karna hai,is my wish… Just because hum sab izzat mein hai, doesn’t mean you or any one from any other fandom can climb on top of my people and mess with us…. The tweet is now going viral on social media. For the unversed, Amaal Mallik has apologised to all the contestants and their fans in a vlog he did after the grand finale episode. He had also attended Bigg Boss 19’s success party in Dubai with other contestants. Amaal will be collaborating with Farrhana for a music video.
