of the Aditya Dhar–Ranveer Singh starrer is any indication, the upcoming month is set to be a blockbuster. With Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan and others returning, along with the surprise character of Bade Sahab, the sequel is expected to draw huge crowds to theatres. Given the unmatched hype around the film, Bollywood producers have largely chosen to stay away from the box office that month. However, Dhurandhar 2 will not be dominating the box office entirely on its own. Upcoming Bollywood Releases In March 2026 Dhurandhar: The Revenge, one of the most awaited Bollywood films of the year, is all set to hit cinema halls on March 19, 2026. The sequel will take audiences back to the backstory of Ranveer’s character, Jaskirat Singh Rangi. It will also explore how Ajay Sanyal, played by R Madhavan, trains the young man to become a secret spy for Mission Dhurandhar in Pakistan's Karachi. Following the death of Rehman Dakait, fans are eager to see what unfolds in Lyari. Will Hamza’s true identity be revealed? Will Major Iqbal and SP Choudhary uncover his real plan? These questions and more will be answered in the much-anticipated sequel. And fans can’t wait! Toxic: A Fairytale For Grown Ups Starring Kannada superstar Yash, this pan-India film is set to release in theatres on the same day as Dhurandhar 2. Yes, it will hit the screens on Eid 2026, March 19. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is being touted as a gritty period gangster drama. It also stars Tara Sutaria, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth, Tovino Thomas and Kyle Paul in key roles. In what is being called one of the biggest box-office clashes in Indian cinema, Toxic and Dhurandhar will go head-to-head to emerge as the ultimate entertainer. Reportedly, a battle for screens has already begun in both North and South markets. Mysaa Rashmika Mandanna and director Ravindra Pulle’s much-hyped period drama Mysaa, which is also being marketed as a pan-India film, was initially slated for a December 2025 release. However, it was later rescheduled to hit theatres in March 2026. The film, which also stars Guru Somasundaram and Easwari Rao, is reportedly eyeing a March 20 release. However, an official confirmation on whether the makers will go ahead with the same date is currently awaited. Apart from these releases, Anil Kapoor’s Subedaar is also slated for release this month. However, the film will skip a theatrical run and opt for a direct OTT release instead.
