Director Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming action thriller Romeo, starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri, is inching closer to the finish line as the team gears
up to wrap the final leg of filming by August 25. The highly awaited film, which blends action, drama, and intense storytelling, is currently in its last shooting schedule in Malaga, Spain.

According to a report by Mid-Day, the current schedule is focused on capturing a power-packed action sequence followed by a vibrant dance number—both expected to be standout moments in the film. The international backdrop is expected to add visual flair to the film’s narrative, heightening anticipation among fans.
Post-production work is already in motion, with VFX and editing underway in Mumbai, ensuring a timely transition into the next phase. The film remains on track for its slated theatrical release on December 5, 2025.

Romeo marks the fourth collaboration between Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj, following their successful ventures in Kaminey (2009), Haider (2014), and Rangoon (2017). Their creative synergy has previously delivered critically acclaimed performances and visually gripping narratives, making Romeo one of the most anticipated releases on the horizon.
