On August 31, Isha shared a statement on social media, revealing that they came to the decision mutually and sought privacy to move on in their respective lives and careers. The reason behind the separation was not declared.

In her statement, Isha wrote, “Me & Badshah have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time. This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship.”
Isha Rikhi hinted at separation from Badshah in July
On July 26, Isha hinted at trouble in her marriage with the rapper. Without confirming a divorce, she indicated that Badshah’s ‘influence, power and resources’ forced her to keep quiet. Her statement read, “There are battles that leave no visible scars. For a long time, I remained silent because I was afraid. I felt overwhelmed by the influence, power, and resources I believed my husband had, and I convinced myself that staying quiet was the safest thing to do. Silence was never acceptance. It was survival. Today, I'm choosing courage over fear. I may not be ready to tell the whole story, but I'm finally ready to stop pretending that everything was okay.”

Isha was Badshah’s second wife. His first wife was Jasmine Masih. They tied the knot in 2012 and were blessed with a daughter in 2017. However, they got separated in 2019.
On March 24, Isha’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, shared multiple posts on Instagram that revealed Badshah got married to the Punjabi actress. It was an intimate affair at home with only family members and close friends in attendance. Reportedly, Badshah and Isha met at a party hosted by a mutual friend. They bonded quickly over their shared interests in music and films, which sparked their relationship.
