release in 2026. The superstar is determined to prepare his daughter thoroughly. Filmmaker Farah Khan reveals that SRK has transformed the film’s set into a dedicated training space, personally guiding Suhana through intense action rehearsals.
Shah Rukh Personally Coaches Suhana For King
On Tuesday, Danube Properties announced a Rs 4,000 crore premium commercial tower project in Dubai named after Shah Rukh Khan. The actor attended the event alongside filmmaker and close friend Farah Khan.
During an on-stage conversation, Farah revealed how deeply involved Shah Rukh is in Suhana’s preparation for King. A clip from the event soon went viral, delighting fans.
Farah first praised Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, the web series The Ba***ds of Bollywood, before shifting focus to Suhana and her dedication.
She said on stage, “Shah Rukh’s son Aryan has made the most kick-a* web series: The Ba***ds of Bollywood. Suhana is so hardworking. She is now going to be in King. I know that you are training her in action.”
Shah Rukh, seated beside her, smiled warmly and nodded as he listened.

Suhana Khan’s Acting Journey So Far
Suhana made her Bollywood debut in The Archies (2023), directed by Zoya Akhtar. The film starred Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi “Dot” Saigal, and Yuvraj Menda. King marks her second and most ambitious project yet.

All about King
On his 60th birthday, Shah Rukh unveiled the first look of King. The teaser showcased him performing intense action stunts, sporting a striking salt-and-pepper avatar. The film is jointly produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.
Shah Rukh described the role as, “a very dark and character.”
Speaking at a fan meet-and-greet, he added: “King ka jo character hai, bohot hi interesting hai. Siddharth aur Sujoy (Ghosh) ne bohot prem se likha hai. Aur usme bohot saari buraaiyaan hain. Khooni hai, logo ko maar deta hai aur poochta bhi nahi.”
Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is set to release in 2026 and features a star-studded ensemble including Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma.
