According to the report on PEOPLE, the event kicked off on July 14 and stretched across a week at a 74-acre private island resort, combining the nuptials with days of festivities. Guests spent several days mingling and enjoying island activities like kitesurfing and snorkelling, including feeding the resident lemurs and flamingos, before the couple exchanged vows in a ceremony officiated by a family friend who is an ordained minister.
Booysen wore a custom dress by Nicole + Felicia Couture, while Donaldson wore a tux by Ralph Lauren, with celebrity planner Marcy Blum organising the week's festivities. Sharing the news publicly nearly a week later, MrBeast posted a photo from the ceremony on Instagram, captioning it, ‘I found MrsBeast, and it was the best day of my life.’ After the vows, the newlyweds had their first dance to Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars ‘Die With A Smile,’ followed by a night of dancing to a live band, with guests later switching to card and board games back at the main house.

Booysen is a fellow gamer and internet personality from South Africa, whom Donaldson first met in 2022 during a trip to her home country, after a mutual friend invited her to join them for dinner. MrBeast has said the two ‘vibed instantly’ and bonded over their shared love of learning, and he later sent her a DM on social media after returning to the US, with the pair starting a long-distance relationship about a month after that.
They made their first public appearance together at the Kids' Choice Awards in April 2022.
