Idli Kadai is an upcoming Tamil-language action drama written, directed, and co-produced by Dhanush under his banner Wunderbar Films, in collaboration with the newly launched Dawn Pictures. The film features Dhanush and Nithya Menen in the lead roles, supported by a stellar cast including Arun Vijay, Shalini Pandey, Sathyaraj, R. Parthiban, P. Samuthirakani, and Rajkiran. Officially announced in September 2024 under the working titles D52 and DD4, the project marks Dhanush’s 52nd film as an actor and his fourth directorial venture. The final title, Idli Kadai, was revealed shortly after, on September 19, 2024. The movie hits big screens on October 1, 2025.
