In the video shared by Pallav Paliwal, Deepika stepped forward first to offer prayers to Ganpati. Dressed in a brown embellished kurta, the actress pulled her hair into a neat bun. On the other hand, Ranveer sported a clean-shaven look after several months of carrying a thick beard and long hair for his upcoming espionage thriller, Dhurandhar.

Ranveer and Deepika celebrated their first Ganesh Chaturthi after the birth of their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh. Recently, a fan was caught recording a video of the actress with her child at Bengaluru airport. She lashed out at the person for shooting without consent. Deepika and Ranveer have imposed a no-photo and video policy on Dua, who will be celebrating her first birthday on September 8.
In a previous interview with Marie Claire, Ranveer said, "This is the best version of Deepika I have ever known. As it is often said, 'the way you do one thing is the way you do everything.' That holds true in the case of Deepika as a mother. She is completely present. Absolutely immersed. Extremely attentive, sensitive, caring, and beautifully gentle."
The actor further revealed that Deepika often sends him reels on parenting. Reacting to that, Ranveer shared, "I must say all of them are extremely insightful and helpful.” The doting husband further added, "Everything in Deepika’s life now revolves around Dua. Everything else comes secondary, sometimes even her own health."

Workwise, Deepika will return to the big screen with Atlee’s next co-starring Allu Arjun. Reportedly, she is currently preparing to resume work after maternity leave. Ranveer’s Dhurandhar releases on December 5.
