During his Lok Sabha speech, the leader of the Opposition, Rahul Gandhi, stated that the Women's Reservation Bill had nothing to do with women's reservation.
He mentioned that the bill is the government's attempt to change India's electoral map by taking away representation from smaller Northeastern and Southern states. He added that the bill is nothing short of an anti-national act. After Rahul's speech, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut expressed that it was a headache to listen to the LoP. While interacting with the media outside parliament, Kangana added that Gandhi was going through his childhood traumas.

During a media interaction, Kangana admitted, "It was such a headache to listen to him. He was going through his childhood traumas, and then he took us through the magic show, which he had seen in his childhood on a magician's table."
She further called his speech a 'nuisance.' "The President also told him to stop it. So he said, 'You will enjoy it.' It was a nuisance," she revealed. The actress also apologised for the state of things happening there because the entire world and country were watching it. "He has made a joke of Sansad Bhavan," added Kangana.
During his Lok Sabha speech, LoP Rahul Gandhi alleged that the government is trying to ensure that caste census has nothing to do with representation for the next 15 years. According to him, the centre is trying to avoid giving power and represntation to OBCs.
For the uninitiated, Lok Sabha continued discussion on three important bills on April 17. The three bills were introduced to enable amendments to women's reservation law and a new delimitation exercise. The Women's Reservation Bill, which was formerly called Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, reserves 33 per cent of seats in Lok Sabha and state legislative assemblies for women through the constitutional amendment.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana was last seen in Emergency, a film based on former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's life. The film, unfortunately, didn't work well at the box office. Apart from Kangana, the movie featured Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman, Mahima Chaudhry, Darshan Pandya, and the late Satish Kaushik.
Up next, she will be seen in Queen 2, which is the second installment of Vikas Bahl's movie. She also has a film called Bharatha Bhhagya Vidhata lined up in the pipeline.
