Social media personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has spoken about his reported fallout with actor Sara Ali Khan. During his appearance on Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi's show Double Date, he revealed why their long-standing friendship came to an end.
When Neha asked him to name the most famous person he had unfollowed on social media, Orry named Sara. He also mentioned her mother, Amrita Singh, claiming that she had scolded him.
Recalling their bond, Orry said that he and Sara had been childhood friends and remained close through college and for nearly 10 years afterwards. He claimed that he had always supported the actor during difficult situations, including a major controversy involving her.
However, Orry alleged that when he went through a challenging period in his own life, Sara did not check on him or even call him. He expressed disappointment over what he described as her absence, especially after he had stood by her when she needed support.
Orry Says Amrita Singh Never Apologised For Her Alleged Behaviour
Orry also spoke about his equation with Amrita Singh, claiming that Sara's mother had used abusive language against him and made negative remarks about him to others. He said the incident further affected his friendship with Sara.
According to Orry, continuing to maintain the friendship would mean overlooking what he alleged had happened. He added that he had never received an apology from Amrita and could not pretend that everything was fine.
The influencer also recalled how their differences became public in August 2025. The situation reportedly escalated after Orry shared pictures of Sara on her birthday, which some social media users found unflattering. He later posted a reel titled '3 Worst Names', mentioning Sara, Amrita and Palak without their surnames.
Following the incident, Sara and her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan reportedly unfollowed Orry on Instagram. He also took a dig at Sara's acting career during a social media exchange, adding to the speculation surrounding their fallout.
While Orry has now shared his side of the story on Double Date, Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh have yet to publicly respond to his latest allegations.
