Shah Rukh will next be seen in King, where he will be working for the first time with his daughter Suhana. For those unaware, he recently made the nation proud by winning Best Actor for Jawan at the 71st National Film Awards. In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Shah Rukh was seen in a black T-shirt and beanie, with his arm in a sling. Despite the injury, he greeted fans warmly with a smile. Reports suggest the injury happened while he was shooting for King.
He said, “To be honoured with a National Award is a moment I will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you so much to the jury, the chairman, the I&B ministry, and everyone who thought I was worthy of this honour.” He sweetly added, “I would love to spread my arms for you and share my love, but I’m a bit indisposed. But don’t worry, just keep the popcorn ready. I’ll be back in theatres and soon on the street. So, till then, just with one hand. Ready?”
Shah Rukh's son Aryan is also set to make his directorial debut with Ba***ds of Bollywood.
