Daniel Craig on playing James Bond
Earlier, in an old interview with Time Out, Daniel was asked if he was open to doing new James Bond movie. To which, the actor said, "Now? I’d rather break this glass and slash my wrists. No, not at the moment." The actor added that he was over it for time being, and wanted to move on. Later, Daniel reacted to being asked if he wanted to move on from Bond franchise for good.
To this, the actor admitted that he hadn't given it any thought. Daniel mentioned that he didn't wished to think about it for a year or two. And even if he did another Bond film, it would only be for the money. In the same conversation, Daniel revealed if he cared who played Bond after him. He wished good luck to the person who would play this character next. "All I care about is that if I stop doing these things we’ve left it in a good place and people pick it up and make it better," he added.
