In a conversation with Mirchi Plus, Abhishek Banerjee opened up about Akshay Kumar’s role. He said, "Yaar lag toh vahi raha hai, banaya toh vaise hi hai, shoot bhi vaisa hi kiya hai toh unko unhi chahiye Thanos. Kabhi kabhi hume bhi utna hi pata hota hai jitna tum logon ko pata hota hai, I think pichli baar bhi hua, pichli baar bhi bina koi sar pair, Shraddha ke character pe jo humne end pe chhoda tha vo bus stop, none of us knew ki second part banne vala hai, vo toh aise hi teer maar diya ki ban gaya toh ban gaya, toh yaha pe bhi humne teer toh maara hai, dekhte hain teer nishane pe lagti hai ki nahi, but of course we all will be very excited to see him as Thanos."(Translation: “It does look like that, they have designed it that way, even shot it like that, so they want him to be Thanos. Reacting to fan-made theories, he added, "Yes, I saw many theories, people were saying that she was actually a woman, there are also people who have uploaded videos of 87. Pata nahi konsa video hai vo, main dekhta rehta hoon ki log theory bana rahe hai, kisi ne banaya ki Shraddha ka character koi nahi but Monjulika ki beti hai, Bhool Bhulaiyaa aur Stree ko mix kardiya bhaiya ne. Aur Akshay Kumar ka character vahi hai jo pagalkhaane jata hai, pata nahi yaar log, achi baat hai hona chahiye aisi theories, jitna ho utna maza hai, ek time tha jab hum log aisi theories banate the especially for Games of Thrones.
