Meanwhile, in Mumbai, thousands of fans gathered outside his iconic home, Mannat, waving banners and holding posters of their beloved superstar. As per his yearly tradition, SRK stepped out at midnight to greet them with his signature wave from the balcony — a gesture that continues to symbolize his unbreakable bond with his admirers.

On Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday, director Siddharth Anand unveiled the highly anticipated first look of King, describing it as “a new Shah Rukh Khan experience.” The teaser features SRK in a striking salt-and-pepper avatar, confidently holding the King of Hearts card as a weapon — a symbolic nod to his on- and off-screen title, the King of Hearts.
Sharing the reveal, Siddharth wrote on Instagram, “Sau deshon mein badnaam, Duniya ne diya sirf ek hi naam — #KING #KingTitleReveal It’s Showtime! In Cinemas 2026.” (Translation: Famous across a hundred nations, the world knows him by one name — King!) The teaser showcases SRK in an intense, high-energy action sequence with sharp dialogues, electrifying stunts, and unmissable swagger.
A Stellar Cast
Touted as Siddharth Anand’s most ambitious project, King promises to blend high-octane action, style, and Shah Rukh’s magnetic charisma. Alongside SRK, the film stars Suhana Khan and Deepika Padukone. Other names rumored to be part of the project include Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma.
