What is the story about?
Karan Johar is a very accomplished director, but to his large online audience, he is known for his quirky social media updates. KJo has once again left
fans in splits with his latest Instagram post. The filmmaker shared a video featuring his close friends Bhavana Pandey and Maheep Kapoor, playfully dubbing them the "Reluctant Nepo Moms."
Karan Johar cannot comvince Maheep-Bhavana to dance on camera!
In the clip, Karan is seen cornering Bhavana and Maheep in an elevator, requesting them to dance to Bijuria, the peppy new track from Sunny Sankari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Despite his repeated persuasion, both women hilariously cover their faces and firmly refuse to shake a leg.
Karan tries every trick in the book to convince them. He reminds Maheep that the song stars her niece, Janhvi Kapoor, but she still doesn’t budge. He also turns to Bhavana, praising her daughter Ananya Panday’s dancing skills and jokingly asks her to show some 'genetics power.' Still, the moms remain adamant, refusing to move.
As soon as the elevator doors open, Maheep and Bhavana make a quick escape, leaving Karan standing alone, cheekily saying 'toodles' as they rush away from him.
Sharing the video, Karan captioned it: “Reluctant Nepo Moms and Bollywood wives @maheepkapoor @bhavanapandey Refusing to dance to #BIJURIA…. @varundvn @janhvikapoor they need classes from you urgently….”

More about Bijuria
Bijuria's new version dropped on September 3, and quickly became an online trend. A major credit for this goes to Sonu Nigam. Sharing his happiness exclusively with Zoom, the music maestro said, "It's like wild fire... Something that I made for myself, now being shared by so many lovely artistes, makes me very happy and humbled. And I'm witnessing so much love and praises, it's really heartwarming."
With Bijuria turning out to be a chartbuster, lets hope we see Maheep and Bhavan grooving to the song soon!
