What is the story about?
The makers of Vibe have finally dropped its trailer! The Kunal Kemmu-starrer and directorial's funny teaser, featuring some epic meta jokes, had earlier
grabbed major attention online. Now, its trailer is leaving fans wanting more. Also starring Preity Zinta and Sparsh Shrivastava, the film promises to serve comedy, romance, action and chaos. Two friends get roped into a big mission involving national security. They must train and fight to save their country. While Kunal and Sparsh play the friend duo, Preity is seen as an official. The film also features veteran actress and Kemmu’s mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore, in a special appearance.

The Vibe trailer shows Kunal and Sparsh accidentally landing in the most unexpected situation after being at "the wrong place at the wrong time." Their lives take an unexpected turn following a"terrorist situation." Madam H, played by Zinta, is tasked with training the two best friends to collect intelligence.
These "heroes by chance" promise a madcap ride.

Talking about the film, writer, director and producer Kunal Kemmu said, "With Vibe, I wanted to make a no-holds-barred entertainer that audiences can watch and enjoy in cinemas with family or friends or even on their own. It’s got everything I love about movies—rib-tickling comedy, high-octane action, cutesy romance, buzzing music, and so much more. For me, the comedy comes from watching ordinary people find themselves in the middle of chaos that is completely beyond their control. Playing one of those characters while also writing, directing, and producing the film meant constantly shifting between different versions of the same madness."
He also praised the cast for bringing their own distinct energy to the film. He described the comedy film as a story filled with chases, danger, confusion, friendship and bad decisions.
Preity, meanwhile, said that she loved the unique energy and determination of her character, who is deeply patriotic and willing to go to any lengths to protect her country. The actress, who recently made her comeback with Batwara 1947, added that working with Kemmu on the unpredictable, madcap film was an adventure.
Vibe is set to hit the screens on September 18. It is an Amazon MGM Studios film.
