After the thunderous success of Pushpa 2: The Rule, the Pushpa franchise shows no signs of slowing down. Fans have been eagerly waiting for an official
update on Pushpa 3: The Rampage, and fresh reports now suggest that the makers are quietly gearing up for the next chapter. With director Sukumar already confirming the film’s future, new developments indicate that groundwork for Pushpa 3 may begin sooner than expected, adding to the growing excitement around Allu Arjun’s most iconic role and one of the most successful franchises of India.
Pushpa 3 pre-production to begin soon
According to a report by Telugu360, the makers of Pushpa 3 are preparing to kick-start pre-production work. An exclusive office has reportedly been leased in Hyderabad, which will serve as the base for script development, story discussions, and planning sessions. This move is seen as a major step forward, signaling that the team is serious about pushing the project into its early creative phase.
While there has been no official announcement regarding timelines, the decision to set up a dedicated workspace suggests that the scripting process will soon gain momentum.
Sukumar confirms Pushpa 3
Director Sukumar had earlier put all speculation to rest by confirming Pushpa 3 at the South Indian International Movie Awards held in Dubai. During a light-hearted exchange on stage, Sukumar confidently stated, “Obviously, Pushpa 3 undi,” (Obviously, we’re making Pushpa 3), leaving fans cheering. The confirmation came in the presence of Allu Arjun and producer Naveen Yerneni, making it clear that the third installment is very much part of the franchise’s future.
Despite the positive updates, Pushpa 3 is not expected to roll immediately. Unlike the first two films, which were made back-to-back, both Allu Arjun and Sukumar are currently committed to other projects. Allu Arjun has a packed lineup including films with Atlee, Lokesh Kanagaraj, and Trivikram, while Sukumar is set to direct Ram Charan in RC17.
For now, the reported pre-production buzz is enough to keep Pushpa fans hooked and hopeful.
