Just one jhalak of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is enough to leave fans swooning. Thousands gather outside Galaxy to watch him spread his magic and arms
from the balcony, while others pray and hope to catch a glimpse of him once in a lifetime. A few fans got lucky in Mumbai as SRK stepped out in the city. The Pathaan actor was seen leaving a studio in Bandra after a dubbing session. Keeping up the tradition, his bodyguard shielded him from the paparazzi with an umbrella. King Khan kept it low-key, wearing a beanie and sunglasses. However, what caught everyone’s attention was a request made by fans. Fan Makes Wild Request After Spotting Shah Rukh Khan “I’ve come from Dubai,” a fan can be heard saying in a viral paparazzi video. Meanwhile, photographers extended sweet New Year wishes and greetings. Amid the commotion, the same woman went, “Shah Rukh, can you just touch, please?” While SRK did not pay attention to the unusual request, the internet certainly did. Watch the video here:
SRK Gears Up For King
After a blockbuster 2023 with Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki, Shah Rukh has stayed away from the silver screen. He will return with King, which marks his daughter Suhana Khan’s big on-screen debut. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan and others.
Last year, at his birthday celebrations with fans, he said, "People often draw a line between a hero and a villain. But I’ve never believed in that distinction. I’ve played roles like Darr early in my career, a character who, by today’s standards, would be called a villain or a stalker. Then came Don, Anjaam, Baazigar, I was the bad guy in all of them."
"But I feel that if we, as actors, don’t explore interesting shades, films will just become predictable — the hero arrives, sings songs, fights, and leaves. King is a very intriguing character. Siddharth and Sujoy have written him with a lot of love. He’s flawed, even violent, even a killer, and doesn’t hesitate or feel remorse. Like I said, he’s never the one to ask, 'Kitne the?,' he added.
It is set to release this year.
