Sreeleela has come down strongly upon the misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create deeply disturbing images which has left her devastated. Taking
to her social media pages, Sreeleela posted a long note where she expressed her disappointment over the abuse of technology. She stressed that while technology can be a powerful tool, there is a line between using it responsibly and not complicate it.

Sreeleela shared a detailed note, appealing to social media users to refrain from supporting AI-generated content that targets women. She emphasized the need for accountability and sensitivity in the digital space. In her post, she wrote, “I put my hands together and request every social media user not to support Al-generated nonsense. There is a difference between using and abusing technology. Advancements in technology are meant to simplify life, not complicate it, in my opinion. Every girl out there is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, friend, or colleague, even if she chooses art as one of her professions. We wish to be part of an industry that spreads joy, with the confidence that we are in a protected environment. " She went on to say that she is very busy working, and only well-wishers brought the misuse of AI to her notice.

"I have been unaware of many things happening online due to my schedule, and I thank my well-wishers for bringing this to my notice. I have always taken things with a pinch of salt and lived in my own world, but this is deeply disturbing and devastating. I also see my fellow colleagues going through the same and am reaching out on behalf of everyone. With grace and dignity, and with trust in my audience, I ask you to please stand by us." She ended the appeal by saying audience that the "The authorities will be taking it over from here." It has to be noted that Keerthy Suresh, Priyanka Mohan and Sai Pallavi have been victims of AI-abuse.
On the work front, Sreeleela's upcoming films include director Sudha Kongara's Parasakthi, opposite Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan, and Atharvaa, and Harish Shankar's Ustaad Bhagat Singh, co-starring Pawan Kalyan in the lead.
