Kartik Aaryan has made yet another big move, this time not on the silver screen but in Mumbai’s booming real estate market. The actor, who has carved his own
place in Bollywood, has now invested in an office property worth Rs 13 crore in Andheri West, one of the city’s most sought-after locations. What makes the deal even more special is that he made the purchase along with his parents, mother Mala Tiwari and father Manish Tiwari. According to documents reviewed by Square Yards from the website of the Inspector General of Registration, the transaction was registered in September 2025. The office is located in Signature by Lotus, a prominent commercial property in Andheri West. The space comes with a RERA carpet area of 176.98 sq m (around 1,905 sq ft) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq m (around 2,095 sq ft). Along with this, the family has also secured three car parking spaces. The deal saw a stamp duty payment of Rs 78 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
