According to the latest report, the Dhurandhar star has purchased a huge apartment in South Mumbai’s Malabar Hill area for Rs 33.26 crore. The transaction was registered in September 2026.
Akshaye Khanna Buys Apartment In Malabar Hill
According to a Square Yards report, Akshaye Vinod Khanna purchased a property, which is located at 30 Little Gibbs, Malabar Hill Road, Mumbai. He bought the apartment, which has a carpet area of 2341.38 sq. ft. (217.52 sq. m) along with a total balcony area of 175.45 sq. ft. (16.29 sq. m). The apartment’s total built-up area is 2,516.84 sq. ft. (233.82 sq. m.).
The property also includes three parking units. As per the IGR property registration documents reviewed by the portal, the transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.99 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000. For the unversed, the location where Akshaye Khanna purchased his new apartment is one of the prime areas in Mumbai. The premium locality has schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants, shopping spaces and iconic landmarks such as the Hanging Gardens, Kamala Nehru Park, Banganga Tank, and Walkeshwar Temple.
