What is the story about?
In a bizarre yet hilarious attempt to meet superstar Shah Rukh Khan, social media influencer Shubham Prajapat tried sneaking into the actor’s iconic residence,
Mannat, disguised as a Zomato delivery boy. The entire act, captured on video, left the internet in splits with its quirky creativity and the guards’ witty response.
What happens in the video?
The clip begins with Shubham outside Mannat, sharing his wish to meet King Khan. As expected, security denies him entry. That’s when his plan takes shape: he orders two cold coffees via Zomato — one for himself and one “for Shah Rukh.”When the order arrives in five minutes, Shubham convinces the actual delivery agent to let him carry the order further. Slinging the bag over his shoulder, he confidently walks to the main gate, pretending to be there for a delivery.
The front gate guard, however, refuses to let him in and instead directs him toward a “secret back door,” supposedly used for discreet entries. Excited, Shubham rushes there, hoping for a chance encounter with Bollywood royalty.
At the back door, he repeats his delivery story. But when the guard asks him to call the person who placed the order and he fails, the prank begins to collapse. The guard’s reaction, however, stole the show. He quipped, “Ek phone karega toh poora coffee wala nachega uske saamne,” meaning if Shah Rukh Khan himself called, even the coffee vendor would break into dance. The guard quickly figured out that the order came from the crowd outside and firmly denied Shubham entry.
Interestingly, the video might not be recent, as Shah Rukh and his family are reported to have temporarily moved out of Mannat during its renovation.
