those who feel the wait is too long, then, the makers of his previous film Eeswar have some good news, as the action entertainer is set for a re-release.
Prabhas' Eeswar Set To Re-release On...
On October 23, Prabhas' birthday, audiences will get to witness Eeswar in 4k in theatres. Taking to social media, the makers shared the news with the message "Celebrate Rebel Star #Prabhas' birthday with the re-release of action entertainer #Eeswar!
#Eeswar4K is back on the big screens this October 23rd!".
Interestingly, Prabhas' Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire was released on October 19 and 20 last year to coincide with his birthday celebration. Upon release, the film dominated the box office with a massive collection of around Rs 700 crore.
Eeswar released in 2002 is an action drama film directed by Jayanth C Paranjee, starring Prabhas in his debut. It also featured Sridevi Vijaykumar, Siva Krishna and Revathi played supporting roles.

Prabhas' upcoming film is The Raja Saab which will hit screens on January. The romantic horror comedy film is written and directed by Maruthi, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar. The project was officially announced in January 2024, principal photography began earlier in October 2022. Eventually, the film faced multiple delays due to VFX work. The film's music is composed by Thaman S, with cinematography by Karthik Palani and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The film is scheduled to release worldwide on 9 January 2026, during the occasion of Sankranti.
