Woodfield Development is progressing with Woodrow House, a 325-unit mixed-income residential community along the Atlanta Beltline’s Westside Trail. The project includes 66 workforce housing units and neighborhood-serving retail, contributing to the revitalization
of Southwest Atlanta’s historic West End corridor. The development is part of a broader investment in the Atlanta Beltline, which has catalyzed over $14.2 billion in private investment and sustained more than 91,000 jobs. Woodrow House aims to expand housing options while maintaining the neighborhood's cultural character and connectivity.
