What's Happening?
Governor Jared Polis, in collaboration with the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, has launched the Governor’s Competitiveness Council. This council aims to develop strategies to strengthen Colorado's economy by attracting,
retaining, and expanding businesses. Comprising 19 leaders from various sectors, the council will evaluate data and recommendations to propose legislative, policy, and regulatory changes. The council's findings will be compiled into a strategic roadmap to guide the state's economic priorities and will be shared with gubernatorial candidates and the state legislature.
