The current lineup includes King Diamond on vocals, Hank Shermann and Mike Wead on guitar, Bjarne T. Holm on drums, and Becky Baldwin on bass. Baldwin officially joined the band in January 2024, having previously toured with them in 2022. The band is also working on a new album, having debuted a new song, 'The Jackal Of Salzburg,' in 2022.
