What's Happening?
ACDC Metals has identified several new drill targets at its Mount Jackson Gold-Silver Project in Nevada following an aeromagnetic survey. The survey outlined three target zones—Pegasus, 3 Shaft, and Sinter—where magnetic features coincide with known gold,
silver, and copper mineralization. The company plans to conduct an induced polarization survey to test for sulphides and progress geophysical and drilling permits. CEO Tom Davidson expressed optimism about the potential to increase the scale of mineralization at the Pegasus zone, with maiden drilling scheduled for Q4 2026.
Why It's Important?
The identification of new drill targets at the Mount Jackson project represents a significant step forward for ACDC Metals in expanding its resource base. Successful exploration and development of these targets could enhance the company's asset portfolio and increase its market valuation. The project also contributes to the broader mining sector's efforts to meet global demand for precious metals, which are critical for various industries, including technology and finance. The findings could attract further investment and interest in Nevada's mining sector, known for its rich mineral resources.
