Airkey, a China-based cleanroom manufacturer, has successfully designed and delivered a custom ISO 8 modular cleanroom for a Spanish medical device company. The cleanroom, measuring 11,050 mm in length, 4,430 mm in width, and 2,500 mm in height, provides
approximately 49 square meters of workspace. It achieves ISO 8 cleanliness, suitable for medical device assembly and packaging. The cleanroom features a self-supporting modular structure, eliminating the need for ceiling suspension or internal support columns, making it ideal for existing buildings. It is designed to meet GMP compliance with features like a 'top supply, bottom return' airflow pattern, a constant-temperature and humidity HVAC system, and a fume extraction system. Prefabricated components allow for rapid assembly, and the cleanroom includes smart access and versatile configuration options.
