The Colorado Department of Agriculture, in collaboration with History Colorado, has released a new book titled 'Setting Colorado’s Table: 150 Years of Agricultural Legacy.' The book commemorates both America's 250th anniversary and Colorado's 150th year
of statehood. It was initiated by Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture Kate Greenburg and authored by Dr. Rachael Storm. The book is structured into five sections focusing on water, land, life, resilience, and celebration, highlighting the state's agricultural history and future. Proceeds from the book will support local farmers and ranchers through the Colorado Soil Health Program.
