The series follows the journey of Sung Jinwoo, a supernatural monster hunter who transforms from the 'World’s Weakest Hunter' to a formidable force. The anime is based on a South Korean web novel that was adapted into a webtoon in 2018. The first season aired on Crunchyroll in 2024, followed by the second season last year. The movie is a collaboration between A-1 Pictures, Aniplex, Netmarble, D&C MEDIA, Kakao Piccoma, and Crunchyroll.
