She brings nearly three decades of experience in the food and agriculture sectors, encompassing executive leadership, government and public affairs, organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and industry advocacy. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, Brooks Christy served as President and CEO of the Pet Food Institute, the national trade association for U.S. pet food manufacturers. Her career also includes senior leadership positions at Land O’Lakes, Elanco, the National Milk Producers Federation, the Florida Farm Bureau Federation, and the American Farm Bureau Federation.
