What's Happening?
Arizona State University's Novus Innovation Corridor is set to welcome a new seven-story hotel, strategically located within the development's main street entertainment district. This 116,855-square-foot property will feature 168 guest rooms, a rooftop
pool and bar, and a 2,700-square-foot meeting space. The hotel will operate under Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio, a brand known for grouping independently run hotels. Its design will incorporate diverse materials and textures, with subtle nods to ASU's campus aesthetic. Novus, a 355-acre multi-phase, mixed-use development, directly connects to ASU’s largest campus and integrates housing, retail, offices, and now hospitality. Okland Construction will manage the planning, design, and construction, while Banbury Development oversees the broader Novus project. Dr. Morgan Olsen, ASU’s Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer, highlighted the hotel's role in supporting the university's goal of making Novus a vibrant destination for residents, visitors, and sports fans.
