to enhance the gameday experience for fans. The design honors the franchise's legacy while setting a bold course for the future of Chiefs Kingdom. The project will be supported by sales tax and revenue bonds, with Hunt and his family committing $1 billion in additional development. The Kansas City-based firms MANICA and HNTB have been selected as the lead design architect and architect of record, respectively. The stadium will feature a translucent ETFE roof and will incorporate elements to maximize crowd noise, enhancing the homefield advantage.
