Mt. Joy returned to Madison Square Garden for their second headlining performance, marking their 10th anniversary. The Philadelphia-bred band's set included a variety of special guests and creative cover songs. During their performance, they incorporated
a snippet of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ “Mary Jane’s Last Dance” into their song “Let Loose.” They also invited Gigi Perez to join them for “In the Middle.” Later in the evening, Mt. Joy debuted their rendition of Frank Ocean’s “Pink + White” and covered Harry Styles’ “As It Was.” The band wove the Grateful Dead’s “Fire on the Mountain” into their eponymous number and performed “Highway Queen” before being joined by Caamp’s Taylor Meier for a cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?”. Towards the end of the set, fellow Philly act SNACKTIME added brass to “Pink Lady,” “Lucy,” and a version of “Julia” that included elements of The Flaming Lips’ “Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots” and Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy.” Gigi Perez and SNACKTIME also returned for the encore performance of “Silver Lining.”
