Bodhi Farms in Gallatin County recently hosted the fourth annual Farm-to-Table Food Festival, drawing over 300 attendees to celebrate Montana's agricultural community. The event featured dishes prepared by ten chefs and food businesses using locally sourced

Notable dishes included a summer salad by Heather Babineau-z of Whole and Nourished, and Swiss chard bundles by Bodhi Farms chef Melissa Harrison, which utilized vegetables from Bodhi's garden and bison from North Bridger Bison Ranch. The festival emphasized sustainable practices, with Bodhi Farms operating a zero-food-waste model through composting and farm animals.
