Kaleo Kenui has been appointed as the new general manager of the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, located on Kāʻanapali Beach at Puʻu Kekaʻa (Black Rock). Kenui brings nearly three decades of experience in hospitality leadership, having previously served as the dual
general manager for Residence Inn and AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea. His career includes significant roles in the opening of several Marriott properties in Hawaii and California. Kenui has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including the Marriott Select Brands Western Region General Manager of the Year in 2022. He is also known for his community involvement, having established Hawaii’s first Children’s Miracle Network Torch Relay, which supports the Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children.
