Atmosphere Hotel' sub-brand of Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts and will introduce the company's new ONE BANYAN co-branded island concept. This concept aims to allow each property to maintain a distinct character while remaining connected to the broader brand. Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Atmosphere Core, highlighted that the resort is designed to meet the evolving demand for luxurious yet personalized stays, where guests prioritize experience quality. The resort will feature 118 beach and overwater villas, all equipped with private pools, and will be accessible via a 45-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport. The design will incorporate elements from the marine environment and traditional Maldivian craftsmanship, using natural materials and eco-conscious finishes.
