An arrest has been made in connection with the attempted burglary at the home of Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley. The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday that 24-year-old Jabir Parker of Philadelphia has been arrested

Authorities allege Parker broke into Barkley's home in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, during the early morning hours of July 18. Barkley and his family were inside the home at the time, but no one was injured. Parker is also accused of stealing nearly $1 million worth of jewelry during burglaries at two other homes in Montgomery County. One incident on June 22 in Bryn Mawr involved the theft of 12 pieces of jewelry valued at $106,700. Another burglary on July 5 in Wynnewood resulted in the theft of 28 jewelry items worth an estimated $687,292, along with a safe. The homeowners were not present during these two Montgomery County burglaries. Detectives utilized cellphone location data, known as geofencing, to link Parker's phone to the crime scenes.
