AI-enabled software-defined radios (SDRs), high-performance RF products, and radiation-tolerant space compute solutions. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to TTM's Adjusted EBITDA margin and accretive to Non-GAAP Diluted EPS during 2028.
