WeRide, a global leader in autonomous driving technology, has been recognized as one of China's Top 10 AI case studies for its deployment in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This recognition was announced at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference
(WAIC) in Shanghai. WeRide's fully driverless Robotaxi services have become part of daily transportation in the UAE, operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai through the Uber platform. The company is the only one outside the United States providing fully driverless Robotaxi services on Uber.
