Construction is nearing completion on a new logistics facility located at 307 Bruckner Boulevard in Port Morris, The Bronx. Designed by AO Architects and developed by the Sterling Organization, the two-story structure spans approximately 100,000 square
feet. It includes 46,000 square feet of covered fleet parking and storage, a high-bay warehouse with 36-foot clear heights, an 8,200-square-foot mezzanine, four loading docks, and two drive-in doors. The facility is designed to support modern urban logistics, a type of infrastructure that is not commonly found within New York City's five boroughs. The project is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2026.
