Under Canvas is set to open its first New Mexico glamping location, Under Canvas Santa Fe, in April 2027. The new camp will be situated on 640 acres, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Santa Fe, bordering the nearly 10,000-acre Galisteo Basin Preserve.
This 18th property for the company will feature 45 safari-style tents, each equipped with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, private deck, and wood-burning stove. Notably, it will be the first Under Canvas location to include on-site saunas and will eventually offer hard-sided, temperature-controlled cabins. Reservations for the April-through-October 2027 season are already open, with rates starting at $279 per night, and the property will participate in the World of Hyatt loyalty program.
