Diversified, an audiovisual and media company, is consolidating its four New Jersey locations into a new 100,000-square-foot facility at 350 Route 1&9 in Newark. The new building, leased from Marq Logistics,
will serve as a centralized statewide hub and is expected to open by the end of October. This facility will feature warehouse and office space, systems fabrication and testing facilities, 3D printing capabilities, studio space, and client experience areas. Diversified, which creates AV technology solutions for various sectors and operates in over 60 countries, aims to enhance collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence by bringing its teams together in a purpose-built environment.
