The L.A. Times Sports Hall of Fame has inducted two former USC Trojans, Marcus Allen and Cheryl Miller, following a voting process that included 13,350 ballots. Marcus Allen, a former Heisman Trophy winner, received 84.2% of the votes, while Cheryl Miller, a basketball
legend, garnered 75.9%. The voting process allowed participants to select up to 15 candidates from a list of 63 names. To be inducted, candidates needed to secure at least 75% of the votes. The Hall of Fame recognizes outstanding contributions to sports by individuals associated with the University of Southern California.
