LifeGift is hosting its second annual HopeFest in Lubbock, Texas, on August 8, 2026, at the Texas Tech University Recreational Softball Fields. The event aims to honor organ, eye, and tissue donors across 109 Texas counties and raise awareness for donor registration.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including a softball tournament, family-friendly games, and interactive tours of first responder vehicles. The event also features a tribute path created by donor families to remember their loved ones. LifeGift hopes to inspire more people to register as organ donors, addressing the needs of over 11,000 Texans currently waiting for transplants.
